I was having this crash, and after long research I got my game fixed, here are some solutions. On a new system with a fresh install of GTA V, I'm getting random crashes with the ERRGFXD3DINIT. If you have any questions about the rules, feel free to message the moderators. If that fails, try changing the Direct X version the game uses to draw from, from within ingame settings, if that helps, your setup may be causing a conflict somewhere.

This does not apply if you are the developer of a mod still in development. If you have a Steam install, verify your gamefiles and try reinstalling Direct X and your GPU drivers, a driver may have become corrupted.
